At Autobrosdetail, we strive to provide the highest quality car detailing services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions where our services do not meet your expectations. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered and how to request one.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available under the following circumstances

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service you received due to quality issues, we will work with you to correct the problem. In the event that the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Service: If the service provided does not match what was booked or certain services were not completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the incomplete portions of the service.
Cancellations:​

Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment on the same day as your scheduled service, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hour's notice): Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the service cost under circumstance, as it impacts our ability to serve other customers.

No-Shows: No-shows will be charged half amount of the service. Under circumstance of service needing one or more days may be subject to pay full service cost.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: Once a service has been rendered, refunds will not be provided for a change of mind or personal preference regarding the detailing package selected.

Post-Service Damage: Our services do not cover refunds for damages that occur after the vehicle leaves our premises (e.g., road damage, weather-related issues, or wear and tear).

3. Resolution Process
We will review your request and aim to resolve the issue within 3-5 business days. This may include offering to re-service your vehicle, providing a partial or full refund, or another resolution based on the circumstances.

Refund Method:
If a refund is granted, it will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card, debit card, or cash). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
